ABOUT US
In 2003 The Lilly Endowment (Indianapolis, IN) collaborated with 37 Indiana colleges and universities in an effort to financially assist them in combating "The Indiana Brain Drain." As an extension of that collaboration, eleven northwest Indiana colleges and universities have come together to form a consortium to connect students with area employers.
The Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) member schools are:
Ancilla College, Bethel College,
Goshen College, Holy Cross College, Indiana University South Bend, Purdue University North Central, Purdue University - College of Technology at South Bend, Saint Mary's College, University of Notre Dame, Trine University and Valparaiso University.

Mission
The Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) is a community of institutions of higher education dedicated to increasing the college educated human capital in Indiana. We seek to promote career opportunities and professional development through collaborative efforts with the goal of retaining the graduates of our member schools in the state.
